We started PlayMate because we believe that finding people to play sports with shouldn't be harder than the game itself. Our mission is to connect sports enthusiasts and make recreational play accessible to everyone.
The Problem We Solve
It started with a simple frustration: moving to a new city and not being able to find anyone to play basketball with. Group chats were unreliable, Facebook groups were outdated, and going to courts alone hoping someone would show up felt awkward.
